- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They were pretty good once upon a time, they used to have a receptionist who would answer the phone immediately and pass you on to a broker I used (Alex Sasic) who was great. Now you have to use their phone menu and are stuck on hold for literally an hour before someone answers. The people who answer are typically rude, condescending and make critical errors on quotes and registration. Going to shop around when my renewal comes up.by Pierre F DucharmeOctober 09, 2017
