- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪These people are incompetent fools who almost got my property insurance cancelled my giving incorrect information to the insurance company. When I tried to correct the information they neither cared or tried to fix the situation. The manager would not even return my calls. I had to go to the insurance bureau of Canada and the Insurance Ombudsman to fix the situation. An extremely horrible experience after we dealt with them for over twenty years! They go through agents and staff so fast that your file is always being handled by a new incompetent person who does not know you and is a complete rookie. My advise is to run as fast as you can away from them!by D BrownMay 17, 2017
