- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We've had 4 different vets since we started going here 8 years ago. The most recent vet suggested something that contradicted what a previous vet told us never to do. But what is now most disturbing is we've switched to a new vet and the special diet food we order for our dog is $12 cheaper than at Heritage (exact same bag). We also go a much better quote at the new place for my dog's dental surgery and after the procedure we paid very close to the low end of the quote. A friend of mine told me Heritage was more expensive and this proves it. The staff behind the counter are great, they clearly love animals but so are the staff at the new place.
