- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to this vet to get my kitten spayed. When I went to pick her up they told me that they confused her with another kitten from the shelter I got her from and they tipped her ear. The vet was apologetic for the mistake but that does not fix what happened. I did not know what to say and am very upset with this whole situation. This is extremely unprofessional and I advise anyone who is thinking about taking their pet here to rethink that decision. Clearly the administration at this vet needs a lot of work. My kitten will forever be mutilated because of this idiotic mistake.by J HollandJune 27, 2017
