  I tried Body in Motion at the Boardwalk because I was looking for a physiotherapist a little closer to home. This is NOT a 1-on-1 experience. I was charged for 1-on-1 on my bill, but after 10-15min the physiotherapist entered some stuff on her laptop and left to work with other people. They send a physiotherapist assistant to check on you while stretching, but that's it. I was in extreme pain doing some of the exercises and there was NOONE around to actually give a crap. AWFUL experience. I switched back to the physio I have always gone to. Where I normally go, it is NOT a chain that just wants to make $$$. They actually care about patients and stay with you the majority of the time, they don't split their time between 4-5 patients in an HOUR. That's ripping people off and super crappy customer service. I pay the same rate at my other physiotherapist and get the real 1-on-1 attention. The physiotherapists here actually completely misdiagnosed my injury. They didn't listen to me when I said there had been NO improvement despite me doing all of the assigned exercises. Once I returned to my other physiotherapists, they had it diagnosed, and I was completely on the mend within the week. Don't waste your time. Crappy service and they don't care about you. They just care about fitting as many patients in as they can to make the most money possible.
