- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had to remind them to schedule my MRI, a MRI for Christ sakes... I also showed up for my CT scan for my head and chest just to have the hospital say they only requested my head. So I had to sit and wait at the hospital while they got confirmation that should have been given day one as my chest was first and foremost the problem. I suffer from dizzy spells and chest pains. I requested a doctor's note for a week off instead of losing my job. They said they will speak to the doctor and call me back. It's been two days. For a damn doctors note. Dr.Travis would have never put up with this type of treatment towards his clients. Now Pierce has taken over and spends more time on vacation then in the office. What an absolute joke and total change from the doctor I have known my whole life to this absolute lack of what a doctor should be. Patient first. More like patient huh? - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪You are almost unable to get anybody on the phone. It is always busy. Once I took it upon myself and drive all the way to the office, as no one hardly answers the phone, I noticed the staff is yapping and the phone receiver lies beside the phone, as the royalty does not want to be bothered by the patients in need to talk.
